Avtek Solutions has completed the external vertical envelope works which includes Gebrik lightweight brick slip cladding for a prestigious £40million waterfront development in Dundee. The project saw Avtek assume responsibility for the design, manufacture and installation of:

• SG to ground floor and feature corners
• Capped to upper floors
• Metal Technology System 4-35 windows
• Metal Technology System 5-20D doors with bespoke design for all glass look
• Steel doors to service yard
• Aluminium soffits
• Glass revolving door

All of which demonstrates the breadth of our expertise.

Avtek also installed Gebrik lightweight brick slip cladding as well as TI Tiles lightweight limestone feature bands.
