Velfac Windows and Doors for Durham Refurbishment

Formerly part of New College Durham this site was home to Sheraton House and Neville House, two Edwardian buildings which had fallen into disrepair.

Sheraton House, which was formerly the college library was demolished to make way for a new building, however, Neville House was kept for refurbishment.

Avtek were contracted to install Velfac Windows and Doors to both the new Sheraton House and existing Neville House.

In addition, we also installed Bereco vertical sliding sash timber windows to Neville House.
